AUTOMATED VOICE MESSAGES are just as bad if not worse for the consumer. The inconvenience of just answering the phone or clicking over from an important call, just to find out that the call is from a telemarketer is just as aggravating and annoying. I still get solicitation calls but as least I can tell them that I'm on the DNC list. With automated voice messages it really doesn't help because you can't speak with anyone and they will probably only allow you to opt out after you listen to some long winded message. Thank you
