Comments:
I do not like any type of telemarketing. Recorded messages are the worst form of call, jamming up the answer machine, or making your phone unusable even after hanging up, the connection is not lost until the recording has completed its run on your phone. This is the most intrusive type of call. I pay for my phone, including several federal and local charges(read taxes here) for my own use, not telemarketers. The governments job is protect the individual rights of the citizens of this country, not orginizations such as the Direct Marketing Association.
