I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes. Before the current rules, I had simply stopped answering my phone during certain hours, because I was so harrassed by telemarketers. I do not want unsolicited contact from any business, including those businesses with whom I may be considered to have a pre-existing relationship, or their affiliates.
