re: RIN 3084-0098 Proposed Changes to "Do Not Call" regulations. The proposed changes should be dropped and not implimented. American's need stronger regulation of unsolicited commercial calls, not changes such as this proposal which would weaken the Do Not Call regulations. As a consumer, I do not want to receive ANY unsolicited calls, and certainly not pre-recorded calls. Technology, such as computerized calling, which this proposal would certainly increase, has overwhelmed the ability of individuals to cope. The machines keep calling and the poor, harrassed consumer gets the endless hang-ups and pre-recorded calls that he or she did not ask for and does not want. Please do NOT approve this change in the Do Not Call rules. Strengthen the rules. Do NOT weaken them. Thank you for your consideration of my views.
