The "Do not call" list has been a God send for the average American. Please do not give the "spammers" a loop hole with which to harrass the uninterested consumer. The only complaints I have heard to date have come from business' that depend on high pressure and public bombardment to sell their wares. PLEASE....do not change the law that was fought for for so long.
