Please do not change the TSR. It has been such a relief not being interrupted every 15 minutes or so while trying to cook dinner after a long day of commuting and work. The only way I have to tell everyone that I will NEVER buy anything from a phone solicitation has been the Do Not Call list. The proposed changes will again put the burden on me to call back everyone who calls me. I have been dodging the ones who currently get through by call screening. They usually hang up when my outgoing message starts. By allowing those awful prerecorded messages, you'll force me to have to stop whatever I'm doing to take action. It wouldn't be so bad if it were really only those companies with whom I've done business, but, believe me, when the calls were coming, they were coming from all sorts of sources that have nothing to do (on the surface) with anything I'd ever bought or even inquired about! Please please please stand firm and don't let THEM again make my life a misery!
