Privacy rights are being destroyed every day. We don't need to be bombarded by "spam." I pay for my cell phone and home phone with my hard earned money and shouldn't be subjected to "advertising" or sales pitches, especially if it costs ME money for these marketing geniuses to hawk their products. I don't have free incoming minutes on my cell phone, so why should I have to pay for the price of the call? I do not wish to be disturbed by spam. Please vote NO to any proposal to allow it!
