Comments:
The no call list is a wonderful law although not all telemarketers follow the law. Why give them another opportunity to bother individuals when they are at home. Home is supposed to be a place to relax and rejuvinate, not have the telephone ring with someone wanting to sell something. The new proposal is a bad idea!
