TO WHOMEVER AT FTC 12/23/2004 i am writing this comment to complain about rule changes being considered,reg.precorded message EBR telemarketing project no. R411001 . I strenousley object to any such changes , that would be like taking the teeth out of this law. your responseability is to protect consumers, please take the initiative, and protect the public from this unwanted invasion of privacy rights. please reconsider and reject this cavein to demands of telemarketing interests. sincelery yours, james kennedy
