I am on the Do Not Call list. This has dramatically reduced (but not eliminated) the number of unsolicited phone calls I recieve. I OPPOSE RECEIVING RECORDED MESSAGES FROM ANYONE. When the phone would ring due to a recorded phone call, a person is still disturbed and compelled to answer it believing it was an important call. Please do not allow this loophole.
