I urge you to not allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. I am currently on the NO CALL LIST, and I enjoy my freedom of not receiving these calls. Thank you, Margaret Dimina
