How could you possibly even entertain such a proposal! Isn't it blatently obvious that it IS the wishes and desires of the majority of the American public not to be so rudely bothered by these parasites? Thank you for allowing for this and other's comments...I'm sure you'll receive many if this proposal is common knowledge and there are enough alternatives for the public to comment.
