I find it disappointing that a proposal is being considered that allows telemarketers to annoy and harass consumers at LESS COST to them than ever before. This idea is a terrible one. I find it more annoying to get recorded messages than calls from live telemarketers because I have little recourse to an anonymous call from a machine. But more significant is the fact that I am still being annoyed and harangued.
