I don't see any reason to change the way things are now. If someone put their name on the Do Not Call list, it is because they DO NOT WANT calls. Recorded calls will just record on an answering machine, and I will not have the option of telling them no unless I am home when they call. Please think of the people who are being harrassed by unwanted messages, not the companies. There are other, more positive ways of advertising.
