I would like rules established to not allow phone solicitation. I do not want solicitation on my phone land line. I do not want solicitation on my Cell line where i would be required to pay for answering the call. When purchasing is desired, I can seek advertisement via newspaper or similar means to inform me of what is available. I pay a phone bill to use with people I know, not for the convenience of merchants.
