I would like to discourage the FTC from weakening the regulations regarding telemarketing activities. Allowing only human interaction provides a reasonable barrier to increased volumes of unnecessary and unneeded telemarketing solicitations. I would push for regulations requiring that the originator of any U.S. bound telemarketing call be located within the U.S., not weakening the provisions already put in place. Thanks, Mark
