Dear Sir: Please DO NOT allow telemarketers to harass us with pre-recorded messages. We already get them from local places. Even got one from President Bush before the elections! And one of the worst things about some of them are that there is an "opt out" feature (on some) at the end, but you must listen to the whole long boring recorded message to learn how to "opt out".
