Because I value my at-home privacy, I ask you to NOT approve the proposed amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule to permit unsolicited and unwanted prerecorded telemarketing calls to my home on behalf of so called established business relationships. I can and will initiate calls to these businesses if and when I feel it is necessary and in my best interest. I reiterate, I DO NOT wish to receive unsolicited calls or contacts of any kind on my home phone or cell phone. Thank you. Kenneth L. Clouser
