Comments:
Allowing the use of pre-recorded messages or any other telemarketing scheme that violates the spirit and intent of the "do not call lists", is an affront to all of us that have signed up for this list. Technology provides telemarketers with inexpensive methods to bombard households with products that range from the obscene to the obsurd to the opportunistic. To not have to deal either directly or having to dump voice mails with these messages has been a blessing. I strongly urge that no loop holes be opened within an already sensible law and rules surrounding the use of the "do not call lists"
