Are you Bureaucrats out of your Fn minds. Are you all so out of touch with what the American Consumer wants that you would actually CONSIDER a change to the do not call list. People DO NOT WANT TO BE CALLED BY SELLERS. People DO NOT WANT TO BE DISTURBER BY RECORDED MESSAGES. No wonder the country is so deeply divided politically when our goverment actually considers helping people clutter and intrude on our lives.
