I consider telephone solicitations an invasion of my privacy. I purchase phone service for my use, not for the use of marketeers. If they want the contact me, let them do so through traditional advertising channels that they pay for. Specifically 1. I don't want any solicitation calls. 2. leaving recorded messages are just as bad 3. I never want to receive marketing calls on a cell phone 4. The exemption for callers who have a "business relationship" should be kept to just that. These days the definition of a business relationship is stretched much to far allowing calls on truly unrelated topics.
