Please do not dilute the effectiveness and significance of the Do Not Call list by allowing exceptions. When I sign up for that list it means I do not want to be bothered by calls at home. If I have an established relationship with a business most of the time they have my email address or I subscribe to a period newsletter/email from them. I do not need another avenue for them to advertise to me. Especially not to my home phone. Thank you for your consideration, Jerry Matson
