Do not allow prerecorded messages to be exempt from do not call lists. Indeed, add charities and non profits and elected officials. The only reason someone needs to call me on any number I list on the FTC's no call list is when I have *specific* business with them that cannot wait for the time that it takes to mail something to me first class.
