I am on the Do Not Call list and I do not want the law changed to allow telemarketers to leave a message on my phone irrespective of whether not I have ever done business with them. If I need something from them I am perfectly capable of calling them. It would even be better if you could get rid of all the garbage I get sent on my e-mail too.
