Please do not pass this change to allow telemarketers to send pre-recorded spam or any other messages to numbers on the Do Not Call list. All of our household's telephones are on the National Do Not Call Registry. I did that to stop telemarketers from calling. Not just to stop 'live' calls, but all calls from telemarketers; including those that may be prerecorded. Further, please do not allow the amendment to the the TSR’s call abandonment safe harbor provision to allow '3% per campaign per day' to change to '3% measured over a 30-day period'. Measurement per campaign per day is a more stringent and more precise means of monitoring the activities of these callers, and those on whose behalf the calls are made.
