I am oppossed to the proposed amendement allowing prerecorded calls. I find these messages to be more annoying and intrusive than even person-to-person calls. I hope that the FTC will continue to protect the privacy of consumers by not allowing this amendment to go forward. Sincerely, Linwood Miles
