"Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001" - One of the best things that has come along was the establishing of the Do Not Call registry to reduce/eliminate telemarketing calls, that were a big nuisance because of the number of calls and the time of day that they occurred. Since registrying, these calls no longer occur. I am against the proposed change "to allow a prerecorded telemarketing message, to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made, has an established business relationship". I do not wish to have any telemarketing calls come into my home, whether it is a live person or a "Prerecorded Message". If I wish to contact some business that I do business with, then I will initiate a phone call to take care of that business. The phone in my home is for my personal use and not for businesses to be calling my number to solicate business or advertising.
