I object strongly to the proposed Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers. This is an effort to invade my personal time and utilize the phone I'm paying for to disturb me due to the fact I've signed up on the "do not call list". Please protect my rights.
