NO, NO, NO, a thousand times NO to the thought that you would even consider making a change to allow solicitors to enter the privacy of our homes via our personally paid-for phone lines to sell their unsolicited products!!! Why do you think there was such a public outcry that finally led to the creation of the National Do-No-Call Registry? How many millions of voices must you have to listen to, AGAIN, to get the picture on how most Americans feel about this noxious invasion into their lives? There's not a single person we know who would choose to have this proposed rule change shoved down their throats, so why are you even wasting taxpayer money to have such hearings in the first place? PLEASE do the right thing for the consumers you're supposed to be protecting! Thank you.
