I have enjoyed NOT receiving phone calls in the middle of preparation of dinner or while eating dinner. I do not appreciate having to run inside to answer the phone if I am outside doing chores. I detest having a computer generated message on the phone. If I wish to purchase an item or make a donation, I am capable of making that phone call myself. No one needs to call me. There is no need to change the law as it now stands. I have received a few calls I did not like and informed the caller not to call back. Thus far, they have honored my request. Please, do not let them start calling.
