I do not wish to have my answering machine, voice mail or telephone lines filled with spam messages from telemarketers. At the request of an overwhelming majority of citizens in this country, it has been determined that marketers can solicit business most anywhere else in this country that they see fit, but the household is off limits to continuous interuptions.
