Please do NOT amend these rules to allow telemarketers any additional access to my home phone, cell phone or answering devices. As a matter of fact, the less access the better - zero access would be best. Please keep in mind when creating these rules, that the phone service is MINE. I PAY FOR IT for my use only, and those I want to call me know who they are. I do not pay for phone service in order to be a receptacle for telemarketers' pitches and messages. I suggest that if they are allowed access to my paid services that they be required to pay me for the privilege. Thank you for considering my comments. Ms Pate
