One no call list should be all that is required....for all solicitations...and please, do not allow a loophole to let recorded messages on cell phones. These incoming calls on a cell cost me MY money and I resent being robbed . Why don't you have a list of people who want to be called by everyone? There are plenty of people out there who want to be in the know on everything...
