I am adamantly apposed to the enactment of an additional call abandonment safe harbor allowing telemarketing calls which deliver a prerecorded message to consumers, even if the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. This safe harbor loop-hole violates the spirit and principle of the federal do not call list.
