I have had to deal with the pre-recorded telemarketing at my place of business. They are disrupting. I would strongly suggest that the FTC not allow pre-recorded telemarketing to residential numbers. It is my choice to be on the Do Not Call list and I believe that pre-recorded telemarketing goes against my wishes to not receive such calls. If I want to contact a business for their products, I will research them on the web, phone book, etc. Thank you for your attention.
