I AM TOTALLY AGAINST THE PROPOSAL TO ALLOW TELEMARKETERS TO LEAVE PRE-RECORDED MESSAGES ON MY VOICEMAIL. THAT IS NO BETTER THAN SPAM ON MY COMPUTER. LEAVE THE DO NOT CALL RULES AS THEY ARE. IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE NOT HAVING THE PHONE RING CONSTANTLY WITH TELEMARKETING CALLS!
