I am against this ammendment to the "Do Not Call" law that is already in place. Phone messages left on my voice mail or answering machine is still unwanted telemarketing and defeats the whole purpose of this law. Please vote against this! The individual right to privacy should supercede the telemarketer's desire to invade our privacy. Please , let us NOT take one step forward , and ten steps back! Thank you! Eloise Davis
