Prerecorded messages is just another way telemarketers are getting around the old rule on the do not call list. It is not fair to the consumers to have to go through all of this again. I have been receiving these calls and it makes me so angry because I did not want any of these calls to begin with. This should not be passed just to let them get around the old rule.
