After finally implementing a law that works and is helping the privacy of citizens, I can't understand how you can even consider allowing a loophole that will permit the telemarketers to once again disturb us at home by being able to blitz us with spam. Please consider the intrusiveness of this action and do not permit this change to take place. Loopholes like this are usually the cause of problems, not a solution. Especially when this law is overwhelmingly popular with the citizens. Please don't cave in to such a small industry over the citizens of this country. The gloom and doom that most telemarketers predicted would happen to their industry never occurred and many of these jobs are now overseas anyway.
