I urge you not to allow pre-recorded messages from telemarketers. I think it's important that this industry gets the message that people simply do not want them to call and effectively steal their time. Even when an established relationship exists with a business, that relationship should be under the control of the consumer, should be limited to the scope of the previous relationship and they should not presume that it gives permission for further intrusion. Bottom line, I think telemarketers should stop trying to find loopholes, should listen to the public's wishes and should find another line of work. If we want to buy products and services, we'll look for them; we're adults. We don't need somebody pushing themselves into our private lives pretending that they know what's good for us. -JR
