Those of us who chose to add their phone number to the NO-CALL list do not want to be bothered by ANY telemarketing phone calls whether pre-recorded or not. It's time that goverment agencies such as the FTC stop listening to the needs of business lobbyists when their needs are essentially self-serving and not in the best interest of the public at large.
