I would like to file a complaint to avoid receiving recorded spam in the form of "spam blitzes" from telemarketers. I can't believe the FTC is even considering this regulation. Don't you get it? We don't want our privacy invaded by telemarketers even if it's "just" a voicemail. I would have thought that the public's last response regarding opting out and signing up for the "Do Not Call" list sent a message. Please do not let our privacy be invaded again with this regulation.
