You did a wonderful thing when you stemmed the tide of lobbyists and passed the Do Not Call rules. You are about to screw it up royally. Your "Safe Harbour" for the telemarketers will ruin my life as they used to do before Do Not Call. Mr. Commissioner, do not do this! Don't return the lemonaid to lemons by reopening the waters to spam sharks!
