We are strongly opposed to receiving recorded advertisements of any kind on our home answering machine. Our answering machine requires that we listen to one message before we can go on to the next one. Therefore we are forced to listen to each junk advertisement whether we want to or not. We are on the Do Not Call list and we do not want to receive recorded advertisements either. Also, we are strongly opposed to the proposal to allow cell phone calls from airplanes. What an awful idea to allow everyone to yell into their cell phones during a flight. Nothing is that important that it cannot wait until the plane lands.
