I am still bothered and annoyed by the number of abandonment or "no one there" calls. Why should anyone be subject to the proposed changes to increase the number of opportunities for MORE abandonment calls than are presently permitted. The FCC MUST hold the line against ANY "Opt Out" plans. Only by requiring marketers to first obtain Opt In permission will fairness and privacy prevail. For too long, we have permitted the marketing industry to invade that privacy. Please reject this proposal, as it is a return to even more invasions of privacy.
