Please do *NOT* allow telemarketers the right to make any phone calls to any person who has signed up to be on the "no call list". They will just have to find another way to harass homeowners about their products and services. Before I signed up to opt out of telemarketing calls, I was getting NO LESS than 3 every single day for everything from carpet cleaning to siding but the worst offenders are competing telephone companies like Sprint, MCI, etc...
