Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001 and Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales Current rules should NOT be amended to allow any additional calls coming into our homes or cell phones. These devices are paid for by consumers, not the caller, and should be controlled by those who pay for them. If we currently are on the DO NOT CALL list, that means we don't want people we don't know calling us.
