Re Docket Id RIN 3084-0098: Please do not losen your Telemarketing Sales Rules. In particular my privacy is greatly protected by the Do Not Call Registry, and it would be terrible if, despite the Registry's clear intention, unsolicited telemarketeers could invade my privacy by leaving messages using my voice mail system. Also, it is not fair to put the burden on me, a private individual, to "opt out" of receiving such messages. I am also concerned by the ease with which a telemarketeer can assert "established business relationship" when I have done nothing to give substance to the telemarkeeter's effort to engage me in conversation or substantial business dealing. I hope you can tighten this abuse-prone loophole.
