Please do not amend the TSR’s call abandonment safe harbor provision that currently requires use of technology that ensures abandonment of no more than three (3) percent of all calls answered by a person. As it is, having just moved and just put my number on the DNC List, I am dealing with so many telemarketing and pre-recorded calls that I don't want to even answer my phone. Since I run a business out of my home I don't have that luxury. If you seek any ammendment, it should be to not allow pre-recorded calls at all. If a company cares enough to talk with me they should care enough to pick up a phone in person. Thanks, Tina Boyd
