Surely you jest. This "amendment" would constitute an utter abuse of my privacy. What on earth would make you think that if I explicitly go to the trouble of having my name put on a "no-call' list for telemarketers, that I would somehow prefer to be called by *machines* that are telemarking? The very fact that you are even considering this amendment is an insult to our collective intelligence. There is no possible logic which would support such an absurdly contradictory provision Please do *not* approve this.
